Refund Policy

RET-01: Returns

• We accept returns of products within 7 days of purchase.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

RET-02: Refund Processing & TAT

• Turn Around Time (TAT): Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Mode of Refund: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase. For orders paid via cash or bank transfer, the refund will be processed to the bank account provided by the customer.
• A partial refund may be issued at our discretion for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

RET-03: Cancellation Policy

• Time Limit: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

• Refund on Cancellation: If the order is cancelled before shipping, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support via our official channels. Our team will guide you through the process and provide necessary individual instructions.

RET-05: Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
